Last Summer Holiday ...

I was looking at some old photos and found this beautiful one that I'd love to share with all of you.
It was taken last year  when Orah had her summer holiday with us.
Look who's the happiest one???

Have a great weekend!

P.S: Rosie is performing in Amsterdam from Friday to Sunday and we send her all our best wishes, love, and kisses.
Good luck, Rosie!!!

We are back... and it's also World Smile Day!

Lots of my friends have been asking me to come back to blogging. I have to admit, after stopping the blog for a few weeks (I mean months), I have become lazy about coming back!!!
It has been so relaxing to just read post updates from everyone when you feel like it, and enjoying the relief from blogging pressures.

Life has been unusually quiet these days with the two noisy naughties gone - Rosie and Orah.

Orah had a fantastic holiday here and we all loved her (minus the chewing her destructive puppy teeth had to go through!). Eva and Orah became fast BFFs and they were really two little devils.

Orah grew into a beautiful young lady during her stay with us.
Here is one of the last pictures we took of her. She was 9 months old then.

Not much has been happening recently (which is partly why I didn't know what to post) ...
But I guess some of you may be missing a bit of a certain sheltie's pictures :)
So here she is...posing (as always) at 22 months!

When did this girl grow into such a mature, serious looking young lady?
She definitely still acts the same though (noisy, cheeky, crazy) ---

Well, it's great to be back!
I'll come around and visit all of you later :)

Happy World Smile Day everybody!!!

Can you see my big big smile??

A break from blogging

We will be going on a blogging break this summer and have no idea when we'll be back.
It's been quite hectic here lately and I just don't have time caring for the blog at the moment.
I just want you all to know, however, that we will still be keeping track of all news around the blogosphere and won't lose touch with any one of you.

Here is a very funny video for you to watch that will hopefully brighten your day.
Yes, those are real coconuts!

Eva: Don't forget me!!!

You can forget her though :P

To the Park

The humans took us out on a walk in the park today. Thank goodness it wasn't very hot so we could walk lots and also take lots of pictures!
Orah isn't a big fan of car rides. In fact, she gets car sick! Can you believe it? She still doesn't know how to sit still in her crate, unlike me who's had lots of practise.

Time to play with Rosie!

Lots of ME!

Orah and I tried to get a few photos with Rosie, but you know 'em rottweilers are not so co-operative when it comes to photo taking. Here are some of the okay ones we got.

With the pretty yellow flowers

Mum said I have to post at least one picture of Orah too and not make this post all about me...

So here she is, with the flowers... but I still think I'm prettier!

And lastly, here we are having to pose together.

Tricky T-Day

I realised we haven't done a Tricky T-Day in AGES!!! (That's partly due to a very hectic schedule and a very lazy human!!)

Well, here are some :)

Eva's very tiny (compared to others) trick collection.

Orah learns her first trick - Leave It!

Our two beautiful girls

Mika and Orah love playing. Mika can defend himself against her roughness, and they love playing bitey face games. Mika's fur around his head at the moment is like gel hair - hard and in clumps. EWW

Eva doesn't like playing with the big'un much. Eva can run definitely faster than her counterpart, but once she feels that Orah is getting closer and almost about to catch her, she immediately assumes her submissive pose. Eva is afraid of Orah's roughness and teeth...a princess never plays rough!

Our two pretty girls had a little photo session together as well.

Small head ... Big head

Orah being good and attentive, Eva being interested in CARS

Two happy beauties

It's all about Orah!

Today, it's all about Orah!

She is so sweet, well-natured, and so beautiful!
She is Rosie's dog through and through...her little follower.

She has started barking for the first time today. It has been a long time since we heard that strong and low rottie bark, the way Laura used to do it.

The only naughty side to her is that she is just a bit destructive!!!!

A lot of Funsies!

At 20 months, here is our beautiful princess.
At the moment, her fur is all over the place, especially around her face. It's getting real messy now and she hasn't had a bath in more than a month!

The dogs had a ball this afternoon.
Someone asked us about whether Mika and Orah were ok together.
Luckily for us, Mika is truly a gentleman. He doesn't mind any girl in the house...although I doubt he'll be that lenient with boys. Orah is a bit rough since she doesn't know her own strength yet, and always bumps into him with her big body especially if she's a bit excited.

Today, for the first time, all three dogs played together. And we have lots of pictures to prove it!
(Who knew rotties could have so many facial and body expressions?)

It first started like this.
Eva wanted to play with Mika, and then Orah poked her head in.

Due to Orah's mega rottie strength, Eva decided to let the two of them play together first.

Wrestling

Going for the tail!

Not sure whether Orah jumped across Mika here or whether he went under her...

 Crazy rottie expressions!

Don't worry! Shelties are fast runners!!

Too bad it isn't wordless wednesday...because here are two of the coolest pictures of the lot!

Unfortunately, there were many many more times this happened, but I was only able to catch it once.

And this....

Well, it's almost like Orah is saying "He's my best friend!" and Mika , well, he just looks like a meerkat!
