A lot of Funsies!

At 20 months, here is our beautiful princess.
At the moment, her fur is all over the place, especially around her face. It's getting real messy now and she hasn't had a bath in more than a month!

The dogs had a ball this afternoon.
Someone asked us about whether Mika and Orah were ok together.
Luckily for us, Mika is truly a gentleman. He doesn't mind any girl in the house...although I doubt he'll be that lenient with boys. Orah is a bit rough since she doesn't know her own strength yet, and always bumps into him with her big body especially if she's a bit excited.

Today, for the first time, all three dogs played together. And we have lots of pictures to prove it!
(Who knew rotties could have so many facial and body expressions?)

It first started like this.

Eva wanted to play with Mika, and then Orah poked her head in.

Due to Orah's mega rottie strength, Eva decided to let the two of them play together first.

Unfortunately, there were many many more times this happened, but I was only able to catch it once.

Mika, the gentleman

A few days ago, I tried to get Mika to do the doggy puzzle we bought for Eva previously.

He just stared at me and didn't even try solving it even though he knew there was food inside. Eva was watching us excitedly behind the fence so I thought maybe I would let her do it in front of him.

This was what happened.

Mika is the perfect gentleman.

He didn't even attempt to steal her treats.

He allows her to jump on him.

And just look at that!!

Name contest!!

Our buddy, Reilly, over at Cowspotdog is having another one of his fabulous contests to win his momma's awesome card designs!

I have a slight feeling I've written a post about this before, but haven't the time to dig it up again!

As many of you know, I was born right at home in my garden after it had rained that evening. (The story as to why I was born in the garden in the first place can be read here if any of you are interested!!)

Well, my dad wanted to call me "Rain". They kept the name up for a few days until my sister Rosie and mommy decided that "Rain" sounded way too depressing! So Rosie cracked her brains until she decided on a name she liked a lot...and that is "Eva".

She got the name from an awesome Pixar animation, as many of you may know, called Wall-E!
Eve is in fact the white flying robot's name...but when Wall-E calls her, he says "Eeeee- Va" in his electronic voice and it sounds so cute!

I still have the name 'Rain', but it is in my kennel name as Caledonian Rainbow.  
(I think Rainbow is much better than Rain!)

I like the name "Eva". I look like an Eva, don't I?

Mika: Did you hear that...?

Eva: Of course, I did!!

Did you hear about that too???

PeeS: If you still don't get it, my sister Rosie is coming home tomorrow!!!

Me and Favourite Uncle

I'm sure most of you know that my Uncle Mika and I are very good friends. 

However, we have not always been like this.

When I was younger, I don't think he really liked me. He used to run away every time I came near.

I think it may be because I did this a lot to him...

Mummy Hana and I bullied him quite a lot!! Teehee.

My humans think that it's because I'm all grown and more sensible now so Mika likes me. 

Do you think so?

P.S. In the previous Wordless Wednesday photo, we were looking for treats on the grass. I must say that I am a pretty good sniffer dog and Uncle Mika is way behind, which gives me the advantage of eating all the treats I find in the grass.

It's me, Eva here. 

Don't worry, it's nothing about me today but some updates on Uncle Mika :)

Mika looks great, doesn't he?

However, the 'yeast' came back to attack his skin again so my humans have to give him a very long bath twice a week. He has to go through two shampoos and the whole process lasts for 1 1/2 hours. It's no kidding! He never likes it  but he is always a good boy, never throws his tantrums and do some annoying things like what I 'm good at during the bath time. He just stays and lets my humans bathe him, he doesn't even shake when the humans are around. He's so considerate! My mum always tells me how she wishes I could learn this virtue from Mika. I think she's day dreaming! I speak what I feel as most humans say!!!

The vet gave him lots of cream and meds.  Mika is okay with the cream but he hates tablets so Dad has to pry open his mouth whenever it's meds time. This time, Mum wishes that he could be like me; I've no problem with tablets because I chew them like they are the sweetest treats in the world : )

As you all know that Mika is a tough guy so everything is under controlled!!!
