Pain & Gain

My mom's yoga teacher always encourages her students to go deeper into some tough yoga poses by saying 'Temporary pain, permanent gain' or 'no pain, no gain'.

I think it means this:
Temporary PAIN

Permanent GAIN

What do you think?

Did you start a new blog? We are trying to figure out what your comment to us meant?

I like your idea of permanent gain, Eva, rather than a yoga instructor's view because, quite frankly, the pain I get from yoga class lasts for days and getting a treat as you have is more rewarding, in my opinion.
