a little bit of this and that

After a zillion years, Mom is finally home. Yes, you heard it right. Mom left me again BUT she came home two weeks ago.

My little sister Rosie had her 20th birthday celebration with Mom in Oslo, Norway and both of them had a wonderful time with Dad's sister and brother-in-law. They did some sightseeing in Oslo city centre, enjoying the beautiful view as well as the most delicious mussels, shrimps and salmon. They then went to World's End where the scenery is just simply beautiful beyond description; it's grand and picturesque.

How could they resist those smoked salmons, king crab legs and ...

Sister Rosie left three days later for school but Mom stayed for a few more days as she wanted to see more of Norway. So, her very kind sister-in-law took her to a tour Norway in Nutshell to Bergen and Flåm and both of them had a great sisters-in-law bonding time.

She did enjoy her holiday and treasure each and every moment but she also knew deep down in her heart she missed her little princess a lot too. So after Oslo, she went back to sister Rosie before heading home.

Guess what?  Knowing well that I'm always by her side, she then kept herself busy by doing a jigsaw puzzle which took her nearly a week to finish. I'm sure some of you have already seen this: the Kiss by Gustav Klimt.

She was proud of herself BUT I'm pleased everything is over and she is all mine now.

In case you've missed my pretty face,
Miss me, not?
I called it AGILITY!

Note: Bryggen, also known as Tyskebryggen, is a series of Hanseatic commercial buildings lining the eastern side of the fjord coming into Bergen, Norway. Bryggen has since 1979 been on the UNESCO list for World Cultural Heritage sites

Wow, your Mom and sister Rosie sure do get to travel a lot. I hope that I'll be able to travel more when I retire. It's hard though as I need people to look after Beckett and Keltic, unless I take them with me which isn't always possible.
