Laura is 10 years old today!

It's been a great healthy 10 years for our big girl - this is quite a long life for a rottie, and we hope there are few more years to come. 

Since she came to us at 3months old, she has shown the most amazing, patient temperament to everybody. Everybody LOVES her! 

I'm so thankful that God brought her to us, like he brought us Mika, Hana, and Eva. Sometimes, I believe in fate - especially when finding our furkids. I also believe that you'll just fall in love with them when you see them. With Laura, we just fell in love with that little pup.

She absolutely LOVES squeaky toys and when she was young, we gave her a squeaky ball, and it was squeaking until midnight so my hubby had to 'confiscate' it from her! 

Playing balls is her favourite pastime. We used to hide the ball and let her look for it. She enjoyed the games very much and always found it out. Even now at this age, she gets excited whenever she sees a ball; she will grab it but won't let it go!!!

She's crazy about food too :) Anything edible will get her slobbering.

Barking is one of her favourite activities - she loves barking at the rubbish truck, postman, newspaper man, etc, although she stopped barking at the small things like passers by when Hana took over the job. 

Barking is the only time she RUNS crazy

And one thing she loves more than anything else are her WALKS! 

When she hears keys jingling inside the house, she'll keep staring at the door, expecting one of us to come out:

When she hears "Do you want to go out?", she'll prick up her ears and quickly come to you.

She likes sitting with her crossed paws, a real lady ...

She likes sleeping like this - as do most dogs!
